At BuyBasket, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect item received

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned including:

• Personal care products that have been opened
• Used items
• Items damaged due to misuse

Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and product photos.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing time, please contact your bank or payment provider first.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
